Personal data and its protectionThis Privacy Policy concerns the collection, use, disclosure, transmission and storage of the Customers of the personal data of Bravo.ee. Our activities comply with all relevant European Union legislation and the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Take a moment to read our Privacy Policy.
Personal data is data that is collected to provide a service, to identify a person, to contact a person to provide a service, or to resolve issues.
We do not process sensitive personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
Processing of Personal DataBravo.ee processes the following personal data of Customers:

We process personal data on the following legal bases:
To fulfil contractual obligations (managing and maintaining Customer relations, incl. concluding contracts, updating and correcting Customer data, answering Customer questions, resolving complaints);
To fulfil obligations arising from law (to fulfil the requirements of various laws, to protect one's rights, at the request of judicial authorities);
On the basis of a consent (in particular, direct marketing, website cookies, surveys and satisfaction surveys, consumer games, feedback, etc.);
On the basis of legitimate interest (making direct marketing offers to existing Customers, video surveillance to ensure the security of the property and premises of Bravo.ee).
Bravo.ee may authorise other persons to process Customer data provided that this is necessary to serve Customers and perform the Agreement entered into with the Customer (e.g. providers of transport services, instalment payment, IT services, etc.). Bravo.ee has entered into agreements with the authorised processors, according to which the authorised processor is obliged to keep the personal data processed confidential and to ensure the performance of the obligations extended to the authorised processor provided for in the Personal Data Protection Regulation. The personal data of Bravo.ee Customers may also be disclosed to a person who processes the data in order to perform an obligation prescribed by law or to a person who has a legal right to do so.
Security and access to dataPersonal data is stored on servers located on the territory of a Member State of the European Union or countries that have joined the Economic Area of the European Union. Data may be transferred to countries of which level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to US companies that are affiliated to the Privacy Shield framework.
Bravo.ee applies appropriate physical, organisational and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access and disclosure.
Data retentionPersonal data related to purchase transactions is retained for 7 years in compliance with the Accounting Act.
Data related to the loyalty programme is retained until the Customer has expressed a written wish to withdraw from the loyalty programme.
Personal data collected during the video surveillance is stored for up to 1 month, except in the case of detected offenses and other security incidents. In this case, the relevant records shall be kept until the case is resolved.
We will retain personal information related to direct marketing until one has opted out of receiving direct marketing communications.

The Customer undertakes to notify the e-mail address of any changes in the personal or contact information provided upon joining the loyalty programme of Bravo.ee at info@bravo.ee
Messages of direct marketingBravo.ee may send direct e-mail messages to the Customer on the basis of the Customer's consent.
One has the right to cancel the receipt of messages of direct marketing at any time. One can do this either by clicking on the "Unsubscribe from receiving the newsletter" link at the end of the newsletter or by contacting Bravo.ee directly at the e-mail address info@bravo.ee
Transfer of personal data to authorised processorsThe merchant undertakes to keep confidential the Customer's personal data that has become known to him or her during the registration and use of the user account and shall disclose them to third parties only with the consent of the Customer, except if the obligation or right to disclose data arises from legislation. The user of the e-store agrees that the merchant has the right to process his or her data in order to provide services suitable for the Customer, including forwarding the Customer's data to persons who are related to the provision of the service by the merchant to the Customer.
Settlement of disputesBravo.ee considers the protection of the personal data of its Customers to be very important. If you have any questions, inquiries or requests, please contact us by e-mail. The Customer has always the right to apply to the supervisory authority, which is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).
AmendmentsBravo.ee may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to properly reflect issues related to the processing of one's personal information.
