Terms and Conditions of submission of claims regarding the product
The time for submitting claims is 24 months from the delivery of the product to the individual. In the case of legal entities, the Manufacturer's warranty period applies.
During the period of submission of claims, the Consumer has the right to have the product repaired free of charge. The extended warranty covers any and all defects in material and workmanship and covers the cost of labour and spare parts if the defect is due to the fault of the Manufacturer.
The basis for submitting claims is a document certifying the purchase.
The claim does not cover the instruction, adjustment, maintenance, cleaning, restoration of the commercial appearance of the product or the elimination of defects caused by non-compliance with the instructions for use.
The right to submit claims does not extend to damages incurred during transport after delivery of the product to the Buyer.
Bravo.ee does not eliminate defects that have arisen during the right to submit claims free of charge, if it is caused by:
software errors installed in the device;
normal wear and tear;
improper use or maintenance (including repairs or maintenance of the appliance by a person not authorised by the Manufacturer).
tampering with, changing or removing the serial number, inspection sticker or marking sticker of the device and / or part;
defects communicated to the Customer by Bravo.ee before purchasing the device;
external factors. External factors include thunderstorms, substandard voltage and voltage fluctuations, humidity, fluid, mechanical damage, and the like.
If the product does not operate as a result of fault on the part of the owner due to improper use, non-observance of the operating instructions or defects caused by careless storage, maintenance or overloading of the product.
Bravo.ee relies on the examination (diagnostics) performed by the Manufacturer's authorised representative to determine liability. If, as a result of the examination, it turns out that the defects are caused by the factors listed above, but the device can be repaired, the Consumer has the opportunity to order a paid repair. Equipment with liquid / moisture damage and / or mechanical damage will continue to be repaired only for a fee.
An examination fee must be paid for the examination (diagnostics) performed on the device if Bravo.ee is not responsible for the elimination of the defect in the device and it is not possible to repair the device. The Consumer must also pay an examination fee if the device is not found to be defective as a result of the examination (diagnostics) and the device meets the technical requirements of the Manufacturer.
The examination fee does not have to be paid by a private Customer during the first six months from the date of purchase.
If the Consumer does not agree with the position of Bravo.ee, the Consumer must prove that:
it is a defect (according to an expert judgment).
the missing or the cause existed at the time the device was handed over.
Bravo.ee is responsible for the defect.
If Bravo.ee has given a sales guarantee for the device, Bravo.ee will ensure that the defects are eliminated in accordance with the terms of the sales guarantee.

In addition to the rights arising from the right to file a claim, the Buyer also has all other rights arising from the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
