Each device is covered by the manufacturer's warranty period, upon expiration and failure of which you will incur unwanted costs. To resolve this situation, we offer to purchase an extended warranty.
The extended warranty expires after the manufacturer's warranty period and lasts for the selected period.

Furthermore, Bravo.ee customer support will inform you about the following operations.
When choosing an extended warranty, you have the option to choose from a number of different extended warranty periods.
Extended warranty - repair of a purchased device free of charge after the manufacturer's warranty period has expired.
If it is impossible to repair the product or the repair is not practical, the product will be replaced with another similar or similar product, not worse in terms of parameters.
Extended warranties may be selected for the following product groups: all electronic devices except for the telephones with a price of more than 300 EUR.
Extended product warranty periods are +2 years, +3 years or +5 years. By choosing a maximum extended warranty period of 5 years, you may rest assured that the warranty of the purchased product is valid for 7 years.
All equipment for which the warranty has been extended is subject to standard warranty conditions.
What does it guarantee?The extended warranty is analogous to the warranty offered by the device manufacturer, only with a longer duration. If the extended warranty is purchased with a high-volume product, repairs will be carried out on site if possible, or if this is not possible, it will be taken to a free service center and returned free of charge.
Who will perform the repair work?The performance of the extended warranty work is managed by Bravo.ee. All Bravo.ee extended warranty agreements are insured and certified. Repairs are performed by authorised dealers / service centres by the manufacturer.
For how long?Warranty extensions follow the following logic:
Repair plans:A +2 year repair plan gives a 2 year warranty (i.e. if the manufacturer's warranty for the product is 2 years, with a warranty extension, the warranty period is 4 years). In other words, within two years after the end of the normal manufacturer's warranty period, the product will be repaired (in the event of a manufacturer's defect, the diagnostics will first be performed by an authorised service centre) and repaired. If the repair is unsuccessful or impractical, the product will be replaced (either with the same model or with an equivalent or better model in terms of price and features, depending on whether or not the broken model series is still in production)
A +3 year repair plan gives a 3 year warranty (i.e. if the manufacturer's warranty for the product is 2 years, with a warranty extension, the warranty period is 5 years). In other words, within three years after the end of the normal manufacturer's warranty period, the product will be repaired (in the event of a manufacturer's defect, the diagnostics will first be performed by an authorised service centre) and repaired. If the repair is unsuccessful or impractical, the product will be replaced (either with the same model or with an equivalent or better model in terms of price and features, depending on whether or not the broken model series is still in production)

In other words, within two years of the end of the normal manufacturer's warranty period, the product will be diagnosed and, in the event of a manufacturer's defect, replaced (either for the same model or for an equivalent or better model, depending on whether the broken model is still in production or not).
A +3 year replacement plan gives an additional 3 year warranty (i.e. if the manufacturer's warranty for the product is 2 years, with a warranty extension, the warranty period is 5 years). In other words, within two years of the end of the normal manufacturer's warranty period, the product will be diagnosed and, in the event of a manufacturer's defect, replaced (either for the same model or for an equivalent or better model, depending on whether the broken model is still in production or not).
The warranty extension does not affect the warranty conditions during the normal warranty period.

What happens when the product has been received as a gift?
If there is a wish to transfer the purchased device to another person, then the right to the extended warranty also transfers to another person. In this case, it is necessary to inform Bravo.ee and we will issue a new extended warranty invoice in the name of another person.
ValidityThe extended warranty is valid only upon presentation of a supporting document stating the date of purchase of the device or on the basis of an invoice.
The extended warranty is valid until the date during which the device is repaired or replaced free of charge.
Other terms and conditionsThe extended warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship and covers the cost of labour and spare parts if the defect is due to the fault of the manufacturer.
If the product is replaced with a new one outside the normal manufacturer's warranty period, the warranty extension will not extend to the new product. If the product breaks during the normal manufacturer's warranty and the product is replaced, the warranty extension will automatically apply to the new product.
When is the extended warranty not valid?The warranty does not cover damage or error caused by:
Bravo.ee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or indirect damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, loss of use or data, loss of market value, reputation or business opportunities) arising directly or indirectly from the purchase, use or sale of the product.
